This dessert is delicious, super easy to make and free from refined sugars! You can adjust the amount of dates/ maple syrup according to your sweetness thermometer too.
Time: 5 min preparation + hazelnut soak time (1-3h) and setting time in the fridge (a few hours)

What you need:
1 can full fat coconut milk (about 400ml)
75g hazelnuts, soaked in water for at least 1h
80g dates, pitted (or you can use maple/agave syrup instead)
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp cocoa powder
chopped dark chocolate and hazelnuts to decorate (optional)
Utensils:
measuring cup
food processor
little bowl to soak hazelnuts
individual dessert cups
Directions:
Soak the hazelnuts in water for at least 1 h;
Once soaked, remove hazelnuts from the water and add to the blender, with all the remaining ingredients;
Blend in high speed until you get a smooth consistency;
Pour into serving dessert cups, sprinkle with dark chocolate and hazelnuts chunks (optional) and chill for a few hours;
