Chococo dreams

If you like chocolate, coconut and a healthy snack, this is the treat for you! It really is delicious, simple to make and a lovely, nutritious snack.

Time: 10 minutes + 1h to refrigerate

Type: sweet snack

Difficulty: 1 pan

Makes: about 16 balls

What you need:

3/4 cup almond flour

about 10 medjool pitted dates

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/3 cup cocoa powder

a drop of vanilla essence

2 tbsp coconut milk

Utensils:

measuring cup

food processor

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to the food processor and pulse on high speed until it all combines and forms an uniform ball (it’ll take about 1 minute);

Take about a tbsp of the mixture at a time and with your hands roll and shape into small balls (should make about 16);

Best eaten after refrigerated; these will keep in the fridge for about a week.
